My journey
After following a preparatory course then business school and spending several years in business, I felt the deep desire to use my empathy, my attentive listening and my own experience to support people towards overall well-being.
I had the exceptional opportunity to study and work in various countries, coming into contact with people from different cultural and religious backgrounds. This experience greatly contributed to the growth of my curiosity, my understanding and my ability to adapt to others.
I personalize my approach according to the individual needs and requirements of each person who consults me by seamlessly integrating elements of different therapeutic modalities such as CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapies) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). , EFT (Emotional Freedom technique).

I am interested in psychology (I am currently completing a bachelor's degree in psychology), philosophy, and neuroscience to better understand the world around us as well as the human mind and behavior. I ensure that I regularly enrich my skills to offer the most current therapeutic modalities.
I am registered and a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (United States).
