Explore your thoughts and limiting beliefs to build new inner resources, boost your confidence, and approach challenges with greater clarity and calm.

Inner Calm

Learn to recognize the signals of your body and mind, and use simple self-hypnosis techniques to restore calm and relaxation, even during the busiest moments.

Restorative Night

Experience self-hypnosis practices designed to promote deep, restorative sleep and enhance your energy and overall well-being.

Format: Online or in-person in Singapore

Group: Small groups, in French or English
